Treebo 金葉 (Treebo Golden Leaf)

The reception was not good the rooms were very small and the receptionist behaviour was not good .

The rooms were clean, staff was very helpful especially the lady at reception. The towels could be a little better though.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel has a nice entrance and nice ambiance. Staff was so good to provide an hour of late checkout without any charges.

it's newly built in 2023 so everything is good and new and fresh. Executive room is smaller then compared to photos nice restaurants and food. would recommend to get breakfast package

Untrained rude staff at reception and room service staff. They must be trained to retain customer not to offend their guest.

Fantastic hotel, very polite and courteous staff. The olive garden restaurant is fantastic with breakfast made to order and very high quality dinner items. Will definitely visit the golden leaf the next time i visit ranchi.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.♥️

I recently booked this property as I had to attain official training programme for upcoming election. As my previous favourite locations was already booked so I had booked this. It was located near Ranchi Airport near Singh more. It cost me around 4500 INr without breakfast through booking. The price was too high as compared to room provided by other properties nearby. The property is new but higher price is not recommendable as room was lacking few amenities like carpet etc. room size is too small. The food was ok but on higher price side. The dining hall is small they donot have bar. The lift provided is too small accomodating only 5 person of 68 kg but in practical only 2-3 persons. Toilet was good and clean there was lack of few basic amenities inside toilet like curtain etc. There is totally lack of parking place. I often felt uncomfortable parking my vehicle whenever I returned from my classes. The staffs were courteous and obedient but they lack some hospitality training. it seems they hired people without training. Overall not recommendable under higher charges. They should charge around 2000-2500 INR once property accomodate all facilities then they should brought up property booking on higher side. I recommend The Raso inplace of this.
